The Mid‑Atlantic Silver Fox Rabbit Club (MASFRC) is a volunteer‑run nonprofit organization. Because of the nature of club operations, sanctions, awards ordering, and administrative costs, the policies below explain when refunds may or may not be issued. By submitting payments or forms through this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed here.
1. Membership Payments
Membership payments are non‑refundable.
Once membership funds are submitted and processed, they are used immediately to support club operations, administrative fees, and future programming. Refunds cannot be issued due to:

Change of interest

Move outside the region

Duplicate memberships

Lapsed membership or missed renewal

Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the member
If a payment error occurs (e.g., double payment), please contact the Treasurer within 7 days so we can correct it.
2. Specialty Show Fees
If MASFRC ever collects fees related to specialties in the future, the following applies:
2.1 Specialty Show Requests (No Fees at This Time)
MASFRC does not currently collect fees for requesting or hosting a specialty show.
This policy may be updated if fees become necessary.
2.2 Future Show-Related Payments (If Adopted Later)
If paid specialty fees are ever implemented, refunds will be considered only if:

The show is officially canceled by the host club

The specialty cannot be sanctioned due to Club error

Duplicate payments were submitted
Refunds are not issued for:

Withdrawal by the show secretary or exhibitor

Failure to secure required ARBA/NSFRC/PaSRBA sanctions

Last-minute schedule conflicts

Errors made when submitting forms
3. Donations
Donations made to the Club—whether monetary or physical awards—are non‑refundable.
We appreciate all supporters who contribute to the growth of the Silver Fox breed.
4. Merchandise Sales (If Applicable)
If the Club sells merchandise in the future, a separate refund policy may be created and posted.
Currently, MASFRC does not sell merchandise through the website.
5. Payment Processing via Third Parties
Any payment made through a third‑party provider (such as PayPal) is also subject to that provider’s own refund rules and processing times.
MASFRC cannot expedite, override, or guarantee third‑party refund actions.
6. Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a payment was:

Please notify the Club Treasurer within 7 days with a description of the issue.
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter when possible.
